Physics Department

Understanding the basic concepts of Physics forms the integral part of ethical learning. In view of this, A.C.T CET has on it rolls a band of qualified, committed and motivating faculty who not only teach but also demonstrate. Our department, with well qualified staff, takes effort to give extra information other than the subject knowledge, so that students will have better understanding in fundamental physics and practical applications.

The Physics lab is spacious and well equipped with a good collection of modern equipments. To help the students understand and correlate theory and practice, to name a few, the lab is well equipped with laser kit, fiber optic kit, potentiometer, thermal conductivity, and magnetic susceptibility setup. Sophisticated instruments such as 30 MHz Dual trace CRO, ultrasonic interferometer, spectrometers, traveling microscopes etc. are made available to make learning of physics really enjoyable.
